Loved the lazy river and multiple pools. The parking garage was convenient. Showers had low water pressure. Some maintenance issues, like a hot tub not working, need attention.

Great beach location, with a fantastic view from our upgraded PH suite. Kudos to the staff, especially the lovely woman at check-in, but the rude manager left a sour taste. The pools and lazy river were fun, but the elevators took forever, and balcony renovations weren't mentioned before arrival. Finding dirty underwear in the unit was unsettling, and the inconsistent service at the bar was frustrating. Nice to have on-site dining, but the hours were limited. A decent stay, just marred by some missteps and missed opportunities. Would consider returning for the right price.

The bathtub was clogged from day one, and despite mentioning it to the front desk, no one came to fix it. It made showering a hassle; we couldn’t even enjoy it!

The staff welcomes you like family. The beach is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, making it super convenient. The restaurant serves tasty food, and the Tuesday night show is a fun bonus!
The ocean view from our room felt more like a scaffolding peek-a-boo.

This is the only hotel my family will stay at. Our oceanfront room was stunning. Perfectly family-friendly, with engaging activities like shark tooth hunts and slime-making for kids. Multiple pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river kept my son entertained. Steps from the beach, I cherished morning sunrises. The staff exuded warmth and hospitality, and our room was clean. the property shows wear. Furniture is outdated. The bathroom needs an upgrade—slow-draining sink, running toilet, and maintenance issues detracted from the experience. Parking was inconvenient due to garage access issues. For the price, a higher standard is expected. The view remains unbeatable, which is why we’ll return.

During our romantic escape, we were delighted by the friendly staff and well-kept grounds, with beautiful flowers and multiple pool areas. The location right by the beach allowed us to enjoy peaceful and serene moments together, away from the hustle and bustle of the popular tourist spots.
The cleanliness of the room, with a lingering smell, dust, and even roaches. The lack of a desk made it challenging to do work comfortably, and the restaurant's service and quality left much to be desired.

We were super bummed about our first room, it was old and outdated. Luckily, the check-in lady was amazing and got us upgraded to a nice PH suite. Super close to the beach and shops! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. Just wish the restaurant had more people on the floor.

The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of eight. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the kitchenette that had everything needed to prepare breakfast and reheat leftovers. The view of the ocean was beautiful, although we did expect a full oceanfront rather than a side view. The shower could have used some attention, as there was some hair left behind. Noise from loud music at night was disruptive.

The hotel provided easy access to the ocean with a stunning view, and I loved being within a short walk of several fantastic restaurants, including Mia's Pizza and the Brass Anchor, both less than 600 meters away; additionally, there were grocery stores just a few steps away for any quick needs, making it extremely convenient for my weekend strolls around the area. The facilities are nice, featuring three different pools and a very friendly staff that made our stay enjoyable.

Had a great weekend stay! Room was spacious with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Location was perfect, not too busy but close to restaurants and supermarkets. Free parking was convenient with a parking garage below. Enjoyed the balcony with a side view of the ocean and the 6th-floor pool/hot tub overlook.
Some rooms were outdated and had a bad smell. Beds were uncomfortable, which affected sleep quality.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and pillows in our room, and the cleanliness of the accommodations was top-notch. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the cute welcome package full of coupons to the friendly interactions with every team member we encountered. One of the highlights was the plethora of pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs available to enjoy. The location right on the beach was also a major plus, adding to the overall relaxing vibe of the resort. We also appreciated the quick response when we requested a microwave in our room, which was promptly delivered within minutes. there were some areas that could use improvement. The lack of a desk in the room made it challenging for us to get some work done comfortably, and we had to make do with working from the bed. the issue with paint fumes due to maintenance work was a bit of a nuisance, even though the front desk handled it well by offering a discount on a future stay. While there were some minor shortcomings, the positives like the fantastic staff, beautiful grounds, and convenient location outweighed the negatives. We would consider staying at Grande Shores again, especially for its prime beachfront position and the excellent service provided by the team.

We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovation, but the heated outdoor pool was a nice alternative. Despite experiencing a power outage in part of our room for 20 hours, we enjoyed the beautiful beachfront location, spacious rooms with ocean views, and convenient parking. I'll recommend this hotel.

The outdoor pool and lazy river provided a refreshing escape. The professional staff made me feel like royalty. The elevated pool deck views were simply breathtaking.
My attempt to relax by the pool was constantly interrupted by bushes ruining the ocean view.

The beachfront location is amazing, with spacious rooms and amazing ocean views. The attached parking garage makes it convenient with no need to lug luggage around. The hot tubs and heated pools were a great way to relax.

The location was perfect, situated between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach. The hotel offered three pool areas, including an indoor pool and a rooftop pool. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The texting feature with the front desk made it easy to request additional towels and coffee. it was a great experience for bigger groups of friends.
The key card door lock had issues and took a while to open, causing a slight inconvenience.

stayed at grande shores and the 3 bedroom suite was very spacious, modern, and comfortable. the beach location was perfect with easy access from the 1st floor. the pools were clean and enjoyable, and the rooftop pool/hot tubs were a nice addition. the hotel's location is right in between "true" North Myrtle and Myrtle Beach, offering convenience and less crowded beaches mid-week. the garage parking was convenient, allowing direct access to your room level.

loved how clean and well-kept grande shores is. it's super close to the beach, and the pools are really nice. the phone customer service and in-person welcome were outstanding.
